DEPOSIT CANCELLATION POLICY

Groups of 7 or more will be required to pay a deposit of £5 per person. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any no shows for bookings will lose their deposit money.

Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel the date of a confirmed booking. This applies to breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations. 

SECURED BOOKINGS CANCELLATION POLICY

During busy dates, as defined by management, we may request your booking to be secured by Credit or Debit Card. In the event of cancelation within 48 hours of the confirmed booking date or a no show, we may charge your card £15 per person. This is to help protect us from the large increase in no-shows which our industry is currently facing. We appreciate your understanding.

CHANGE OF DATE

You can change the date or time of your booking up to 48 hours before your confirmed date. In the event you move your booking to an alternative date, your deposit/security will be transferred to the new booking, if you move your booking less than 48 hours before your confirmed date, we reserve the right to retain any deposit for the original booking or charge the card as per the policy set out above, this is at management discretion.

BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH

Prebooked tables only. Payment required in advance, refundable in full if cancelled 48 hours before event. For bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full. Price includes one dish from our brunch menu and your choice of either a 125ml glass of Prosecco, Mimosa, Aperol Spritz or Pint of Carling. Your drink will be replaced once it’s finished for the booking slot. Prices are per person and food and drink cannot be shared. Alcohol served to over 18s only, ID may be required. Drinks will be served for 2 hours between 12pm - 2pm. Please arrive in good time for your booking as time cannot be extended. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times, management may refuse service to those acting inappropriately or showing signs of excessive alcohol consumption, in this event no refund will be given.
